What “supported” means
For every store here, Ecroo reads the store’s own published return policy. That is different from being able to walk you through the return itself.
- Policy checked. Policy verified from the store's own page and the return path is complete enough for Ecroo to guide you step by step.
- Some details confirmed with the store. Policy partly verified. Some return details — like the exact method or shipping cost — still have to be confirmed in the store's own portal.
Ecroo does not submit returns on your behalf through any store’s system today. Fees, labels, and drop-off options are shown only when the store publishes them.
